Established in April 2019, our firm has over 250+ years of combined copier industry talent. Power Business Technology, LLC is uniquely positioned to service customers of any size. We are a fully authorized and independently owned Toshiba office equipment dealer serving Northern and Central California and the Bay Area.

WHY POWER?

Locally and independently owned. When you need something done, it gets done! No red tape or calls to a national or overseas call center. Here at POWER, our staff, sales, service, and administrators are all local. You’ll notice that there is no voicemail as you will always get a local, live person on the phone to direct you to the appropriate department.  Your Account Executive has a direct line to the President and VP of Service to address any questions or concerns you may have.

 

Factory Trained and Certified Technicians. No second guessing on equipment. POWER technicians only work on our core products: Toshiba, KIP, Brother, Lexmark, Mint Mailing, Formax, Kodak Alaris, Canon Wide Format, HP, and most fleet of printers.

 

Responsive Technicians. POWER technicians are in the field at 8:00 a.m. at their first call, digitally dispatched, with a response time of 2-4 hours from the time of call to the customer’s site. They will call customers personally to give them an estimated time of arrival prior to being dispatched to you.

 

Our Service Agreements cover everything from A to Z on the MFP. Toner, wear and tear items, break fix items, labor, etc. We cover everything that needs to be addressed to keep your organization running at its full capacity.

 

100% Networking to your MFPs at no additional charge. If it’s connected to our machine, our Network Analysts will assist with your networking needs. Need help printing/scanning? Did you get new laptops/CPU’s, or servers? We’ve got you covered at no additional charge.

 

100% Complimentary Training. We have a corporate trainer who trains shortly after or at all installs. Need a refresher or hire new employees? Our POWER Customer Service Representative will come out for all additional training as often as you need.

 

Quarterly Check-ins. This can be done face-to-face, via email, or over the phone. It’s your preference. Our POWER family wants you to feel like family too. We like to check-in and make sure that you’re running like a well-oiled machine. What are your future goals and how can we help you get there?
